Our Fitness Boot Camp is a fun, energetic mix of traditional calisthenic & body weight resistance exercises – infused with interval & strength training in every workout. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves bursts of high-intensity work. The workouts are scalable for all fitness levels, from the beginner to someone in their fitness prime. This is a great work out!

25 Days of Christmas Challenge

What is 25 Days of Christmas Challenge?

The 25 Days of Christmas Challenge is hosted by Get Fit. Participants in the 25 Day Challenge dedicate themselves to 20 boot camp classes during the 25 day period. One boot camp per day and yoga classes counts. Participants must complete the warm up, workout and stretch.

Why participate in a 25 day challenge?

The 25 Days of Christmas Challenge provides participants with the support and motivation of community. As a group, participants are united and driven by their common goal. The holiday season can be stressful and demanding and by committing to an exercise program Get Fitters will benefit from finishing the year off strong.

What are the benefits of a 25 day challenge?

The combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts and fitness education make Get Fit Boot Camp very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.
